Summary
This study looks at a stem cell transplant from a half-matched donor (haploidentical) combined with drugs to prevent the cancer from coming back. It includes 40 adults aged 18-65 with active AML that has returned or not responded to treatment. The goal is to see if this approach can reduce relapse and improve survival over two years.
