Summary
This study tests a new gene therapy called VV-14305, given as an injection around the eye, for people with moderate to severe thyroid eye disease. The trial will include 110 adults and is split into two parts: first to check safety, then to compare the treatment against a sham injection. The main goal is to see if the treatment can safely reduce eye bulging.
