First seen Jun 27, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026
Summary
This study tests an injection called MHB018A for people with active moderate-to-severe thyroid eye disease, which causes eye bulging and discomfort. About 84 adults aged 18-75 will receive either the drug or a placebo to see if it reduces eye bulging by at least 2 millimeters over 24 weeks. The goal is to control the disease and improve symptoms, not to cure it.
