Summary
This study compares two methods—DEEP mapping and activation mapping—used during catheter ablation to treat ventricular tachycardia (VT), a fast, dangerous heart rhythm. About 222 adults with an implanted defibrillator and VT will be randomly assigned to one technique. The goal is to see which approach better prevents VT from coming back over 12 months and is easier for doctors to perform.
