Summary

This small study tests whether a virtual reality exercise program called 'Kitten Crossing the Bridge' can improve brain flexibility in older adults with cognitive frailty. Fifteen participants will do VR-based leg exercises twice a week for four weeks. Researchers will measure brain activity and thinking skills to see if the training helps.
