Summary
This study looked at whether a 16-week program of chair exercises followed by activities with children could improve strength, walking speed, memory, and quality of life in older adults with physical and mental decline. 100 people aged 60-75 took part. The goal was to see if this combined approach could reduce frailty and increase a brain-healthy protein called mBDNF.
