Summary
This study tested a new way to help children with ADHD improve their thinking skills. 80 kids aged 5-12 either did standard brain training or added virtual reality exercises that helped them imagine future events. The goal was to see if the VR training could make it easier for them to plan, control impulses, and pay attention.
