Video games as therapy: VR aims to help stroke survivors regain arm use
NCT ID NCT07026630
Summary
This study aimed to test whether a virtual reality (VR) system could help people recover arm movement after a stroke or other brain injury. The VR system used games based on everyday tasks like cooking or shopping. Eligible participants would have used the VR system twice a week for 12 weeks as part of their regular therapy to see if it improved their ability to use their arm and perform daily activities.
