VR headsets may offer Drug-Free relief for debilitating pancreatitis pain
NCT ID NCT06362187
Summary
This study is testing whether a home-based virtual reality (VR) program can help adults manage the severe, chronic pain caused by pancreatitis. Participants will use a VR headset for 8 weeks to follow a therapy program designed to change how they think about and experience pain. Researchers will measure if the program is practical to use at home and if it improves quality of life and pain levels.
