Summary
This small pilot study is testing whether virtual reality therapy can help reduce PTSD symptoms in healthcare workers and COVID-19 patients. Participants will use VR headsets during therapy sessions to safely revisit traumatic experiences. The study aims to see if this approach is practical and tolerable while measuring changes in PTSD, anxiety, and quality of life.
