Can a VR helmet tell if You're too tired to work?
NCT ID NCT07431970
Summary
This study aims to see if playing virtual reality construction games can detect changes in a person's performance related to how much sleep they've had. Researchers will enroll 12 healthy adults to complete VR tasks during lab visits while monitoring their sleep patterns at home. The main goal is to determine if this VR method is practical for measuring sleep-related impairment, separate from just getting used to using VR.
