Summary
This study looks at whether virtual reality (VR) relaxation exercises can help pregnant women with preeclampsia feel less stressed and improve health for both mom and baby. About 96 hospitalized women will try either VR-based or in-person relaxation techniques. Researchers will measure anxiety, comfort, heart rate, and birth outcomes to see which method works better.
