Summary

This study tests whether a home-based virtual reality (VR) program that uses brain activity to guide relaxation is practical and helpful for teens aged 10–16 who have migraines. Participants will use a VR headset and a wearable brain-sensing headband at home three times a week for four weeks. The study will check if teens find the program easy to use and if it reduces headache-related disability.
