Can a VR dance game beat the blues? new study aims to find out
NCT ID NCT07482852
Summary
This study is testing whether a virtual reality (VR) game that combines music and movement can help young adults feel less depressed and anxious and more socially connected. Researchers will compare three groups: one playing a social VR game with others, one playing a solo VR game, and a group that waits to try it. The goal is to see if this fun, active approach can improve mental well-being.
