Can VR meditation lift depression when drugs fail?

Summary

This study tests whether adding virtual reality (VR) mindfulness sessions to standard treatment helps people with treatment-resistant depression feel better. Thirty adults will be randomly assigned to either VR mindfulness plus usual care or usual care alone for one month. Researchers will measure depression severity, blood inflammation markers, and how long any improvement lasts.
