Summary

This study tests a new virtual reality (VR) walking program for people with traumatic brain injury (TBI) or stroke. Participants will use a VR headset to practice walking in real-world-like settings, while researchers track their steps, distance, and heart rate. The goal is to see if this immersive therapy improves mobility and quality of life better than standard treadmill-based VR therapy.
