Summary

This study tests whether a virtual reality (VR) program can help Black women cope with stress and improve heart health. About 60 Black women with high blood pressure will use VR and report changes in stress, sleep, and blood pressure. The goal is to see if VR is a practical and helpful tool for managing stress in daily life.
