Virtual reality headsets could ease pain of bone marrow biopsies

Summary

This study is testing whether using a virtual reality headset during a bone marrow biopsy can help lower pain and anxiety. About 160 adults with blood cancers will be randomly assigned to use the headset or receive standard care. The goal is to see if this simple, drug-free approach makes the procedure more comfortable.
