Summary
This study tested whether watching a nature-themed virtual reality video during coronary angiography (a heart artery scan) could reduce pain and anxiety. 90 adults who had never had the procedure before took part. Half used VR, half got standard care. The goal was to see if this simple, drug-free method could make the experience more comfortable.
