Summary
This study tests whether using a virtual reality headset for guided relaxation after night shifts can improve sleep quality in nurses and nursing assistants. Forty participants will either use the VR device for one month or receive standard care, then switch. Sleep quality, insomnia severity, and anxiety levels will be measured with questionnaires.
