Summary

This study explores whether a short virtual reality (VR) self-help program can increase hope and well-being in healthy young adults aged 18-30. Participants will attend one in-person VR session followed by four self-guided sessions using audio and video materials. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible and helps people reflect on hope and understanding their own and others' thoughts and feelings.
