Summary
This study explores whether a 6-week virtual reality (VR) program can help 50 adults with chronic pain learn about pain science and management. Participants will use VR to watch educational content and do guided exercises. The goal is to see if this approach is feasible, acceptable, and safe, and to gather early data on whether it might reduce pain and improve quality of life.
