Summary

This study is testing a virtual reality (VR) device that uses cognitive behavioral therapy to help people with chronic cancer pain. The goal is to see if the VR headset is easy to use, safe, and can reduce pain and distress. About 40 adults with cancer who have had pain for at least 3 months will try the VR device or watch a 2D video on a tablet.
