Summary

This study is testing whether watching immersive virtual reality videos can help reduce pain and anxiety for adults during painful dressing changes after burn surgery. The goal is to see if this distraction technique can help patients need fewer opioid painkillers. Researchers are comparing pain and medication use between patients who use VR during their treatments and those who receive standard care.
