Summary

This study is testing a virtual reality (VR) platform designed to help first-time pregnant women prepare for childbirth and improve their mental wellbeing. The VR program includes education about childbirth and exercises to build coping skills and confidence. Researchers will compare the VR group to a control group over 4 weeks, measuring changes in self-efficacy and mental health. The trial aims to enroll 68 women who are at least 20 weeks pregnant with a single pregnancy.
