Summary
This study looks at how seeing, smelling, and interacting with food in virtual reality changes food cravings and body responses. Thirty-four healthy adults will have their brain activity, saliva, blood sugar, and temperature measured while exposed to real and virtual food cues. The goal is to understand eating behavior and help develop VR tools for healthier eating.
