Summary

This study aims to understand how the brain learns fear. Researchers will use virtual reality and safe, mild brain stimulation in 70 people who already have a brain implant for epilepsy. The goal is to map brain and body responses to fear, which could help improve future treatments for anxiety and PTSD.
