Summary

This study tests a portable virtual reality system called VERVE that uses eye-tracking to deliver automated eye exercises. It aims to improve convergence insufficiency—a common vision problem after mild traumatic brain injury—in 100 veterans. Participants will be divided into active and sham therapy groups to measure effectiveness.
