Summary

This study tests whether a home-based virtual reality (VR) headset program can improve manual dexterity in people with multiple sclerosis (MS). Sixty participants with MS who have trouble with hand function will be randomly assigned to either the VR dexterity training or a sham meditation program. The main goal is to see if the VR training reduces difficulty with hand tasks, as measured by a questionnaire.
