NCT ID NCT06305117
First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 6 times
Summary
This study tested whether a combination of virtual reality (VR) and music can help breast cancer patients feel less anxious, have less pain, and enjoy a better quality of life during chemotherapy. Sixty patients were offered VR and music during their chemo sessions. The main goal was to see if patients would accept and use this distraction strategy. Results will guide a future larger trial to confirm if this approach truly improves the chemo experience.
