Summary

This study tested a new virtual reality (VR) system designed to guide people through acupuncture imagery to help manage chronic low back pain. It involved 31 adults with long-term back pain to see if the VR treatment was safe, acceptable, and could reduce pain. The main goals were to check if people could complete the study, how satisfied they were, and if there were any side effects.
