This study tested whether adding vorinostat to the standard drugs lenalidomide and dexamethasone could help people with multiple myeloma whose cancer had stopped responding to lenalidomide. The trial included 25 participants and aimed to see if the combination could shrink tumors or slow the disease. The goal was to find a new treatment option for patients with limited choices.
