Summary

This study is testing whether Vojta therapy, a specific physical therapy approach, can improve walking and overall movement abilities in children with Down syndrome. It involves 28 children aged 2-10 who can stand and walk independently. Children will be randomly assigned to receive either Vojta therapy plus conventional care or conventional care alone for eight weeks, with their movement measured before and after.
