Summary

This study tested a document called Voicing My CHOiCES, designed to help young adults (ages 18-39) with cancer or other serious illnesses talk about their end-of-life care wishes. Participants filled out surveys about anxiety, social support, and communication, then reviewed the document with a healthcare provider. About a month later, they repeated the surveys and shared feedback. The goal was to see if the tool reduces anxiety and improves communication with family and doctors.
