Could your voice reveal Alzheimer's? new study aims to replace painful tests
NCT ID NCT05943834
Summary
This study is testing whether a computer can detect early signs of Alzheimer's disease by analyzing a person's speech patterns. Researchers will compare voice recordings from 100 adults (age 50+) with their existing medical test results. The goal is to create a simple voice test that could one day replace the need for invasive spinal fluid tests or expensive brain scans for diagnosis.
