Summary
This study aims to find out if simple voice recordings from a smartphone can help detect a serious brain side effect called ICANS in patients receiving CAR T-cell therapy for lymphoma or multiple myeloma. Researchers will collect voice recordings and daily brain function assessments from 20 patients to see if this is a practical monitoring method. The goal is to gather information, not to treat the cancer or its side effects.
