Your voice could warn of heart failure days before symptoms start
NCT ID NCT07443969
First seen Mar 18, 2026 · Last updated May 08, 2026 · Updated 9 times
Summary
This study tests whether a smartphone app can catch early signs of heart failure getting worse by analyzing daily voice recordings. 123 adults who were recently hospitalized for heart failure will record their voice and answer symptom questions for 6 months. The app's predictions are compared to actual health events later, so no treatment decisions are made based on the voice data during the study.
