Summary

This study is testing whether a voice-activated app called EngAGE can help frail, homebound older adults improve their physical strength and social connections. It compares the app to standard paper exercise handouts. The goal is to see if using technology to guide exercises at home can help this vulnerable group move better and feel less isolated.
