NCT ID NCT07509242

First seen Apr 05, 2026 · Last updated Jun 14, 2026 · Updated 4 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding a special cell secretion (called secretome) to standard light therapy helps restore skin color better in people with vitiligo. About 150 adults with stable vitiligo will receive either light therapy alone, or light therapy plus secretome applied through microneedling or injections. The goal is to see which approach leads to more repigmentation, faster results, and fewer side effects over 24 weeks.
