Summary
This study tests whether giving a one-time dose of vitamin K before surgery can safely lower the effects of the blood thinner warfarin, so patients don't have to stop taking it. It involves 20 adults who have been on warfarin for at least 3 months and need a procedure requiring a low INR. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and works.
