Summary
This study aims to find out which type and dose of vitamin K supplement works best for older adults with knee osteoarthritis. Researchers will measure vitamin levels in the blood of 55 participants to see how different supplements affect specific markers. The goal is to gather information to design future studies, not to directly treat arthritis symptoms.
