This study looks at how taking vitamin D affects people with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Over 12 months, 150 adults will take 2,000 IU of vitamin D daily and complete surveys, blood tests, and stool tests. The goal is to see if vitamin D helps with disease activity and quality of life, and how well people stick to the supplement routine.
