Could a vitamin help your brain clean up after a stroke?
NCT ID NCT07458815
Summary
This study is testing if high-dose Vitamin D can help the brain clear blood clots faster after a severe type of stroke called an intracerebral hemorrhage. Researchers will give 40 participants either Vitamin D pills or standard care to see if the vitamin is safe and helps shrink the brain bleed. The main goal is to see if Vitamin D speeds up healing and improves recovery without causing side effects like high calcium levels.
