Can a vitamin cocktail slow down memory loss?

NCT ID NCT07486141

Summary

This study is testing whether a combination of vitamin D, folic acid, and vitamin B12 can help slow down or improve early memory problems in older adults. About 380 participants aged 50-70 with mild cognitive impairment will take either a low or high dose of the vitamins or a placebo for six months. Researchers will measure changes in memory and thinking skills and look at blood samples to understand how the vitamins might work.
