First seen Mar 11, 2026 · Last updated Apr 28, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study tests whether high-dose vitamin B6 supplements can reduce anxiety and sensory hyperreactivity (over-sensitivity to sounds, lights, touch) in autistic adults. Researchers will compare a group taking vitamin B6 to a group taking a placebo over several weeks. The goal is to see if this simple, widely available vitamin can ease daily sensory challenges.
