NCT ID NCT07469462
Summary
This study is investigating whether taking a high dose of Vitamin B6 changes brain activity in people with mild to moderate anxiety or depression. Researchers will use EEG brain scans to measure neural activity and compare results between people taking Vitamin B6 and those taking a placebo. The goal is to understand how this vitamin might influence the brain's balance, which is thought to be related to mood symptoms.
