Summary
This study looked at whether adding vitamin B12 to the diabetes drug dapagliflozin improves blood sugar control in people with type 2 diabetes. Eighty volunteers took either dapagliflozin alone or dapagliflozin plus vitamin B12 for 12 months. Researchers measured HbA1c levels to compare the two groups.
