Summary
This study tested whether a visualization technique (mental imagery) or a combined stretching routine better improves mindfulness and performance in amateur racquet sports players. 52 men aged 20-40 who had trouble concentrating during games took part. Players were assessed at weeks 1, 3, and 6 to see which approach helped them stay focused and play more precisely.
