Summary
This study looked at whether showing people with bulimia or binge eating disorder simple graphs of their symptom changes during the first weeks of therapy helps them get better faster. About 80 adults with a BMI over 19 took part. The goal was to see if the graphs led to a 65% drop in symptoms within four weeks. The study was stopped early, so results are limited.
