Summary
This study is testing a three-part treatment for advanced esophageal cancer that cannot be removed by surgery right away. It combines a modified virus designed to attack cancer cells with standard chemotherapy and an immunotherapy drug. The main goals are to see if this combination is safe, if it shrinks tumors enough to allow for later surgery, and if it helps patients live longer without their cancer getting worse.
